I'll personally help you curate a mix of pampas grass, wooden crates, and soft textiles that don't just look good in photos, but actually invite your guests to sit down, relax, and stay a while. The boho aesthetic is all about creating a 'lived-in' feel that encourages guests to slow down. Whether you are hosting a sundowner on a Mumbai rooftop or a baby shower in a garden, the goal is to make the space feel like a natural extension of the outdoors. ### Why Boho Works for Outdoor Events Boho decor is incredibly versatile. It thrives on earthy tones—creams, nudes, and warm browns—which look stunning against a golden-hour sky. I use natural materials like pampas grass, dried wheat, and rustic wooden crates to anchor the space. This is a departure from structured, rigid event setups; it is about loose, flowing arrangements. ### The 'Low Seating' Factor One of the most practical questions I get is about seating. For these events, I focus on floor-level arrangements using a variety of rugs, poufs, and plush cushions. This isn't just a style choice; it changes the energy of the party. It brings people closer together and creates an intimate, casual vibe that you just don't get with standard banquet chairs. If you have a specific venue in mind, I always perform a site check to ensure we can safely and comfortably fit the teepees and floor layouts without cramping your space. ### Making It Yours I love incorporating personal touches into these setups. Whether it is a 'Wild One' first birthday teepee, macrame accents for a bridal shower, or custom welcome boards, these details are what make the event feel like yours. I bring the props, the lighting, and the styling, so you just show up and enjoy. ## About The Balloon Tales Hi, I'm Abeer. I started The Balloon Tales with a hunch and a lot of caffeine. I truly believe that the right textures—like dried pampas grass and raw wood—can completely change a space, and I love helping you create that warm, inviting look for your special moments.
