Because these are seasonal, small-batch creations, I operate strictly on a pre-order basis to ensure you get them fresh—not off a shelf. When you order from this collection, you are getting treats made specifically for your date. Festivals in Mumbai are all about sharing, but finding eggless desserts that actually taste homemade can be a challenge. I created this collection to fill that gap. Whether it is Raksha Bandhan or Christmas, my approach stays the same: traditional flavours with a creative twist. ### Why these bakes are different My festive menu isn't about mass production. During Ganesh Chaturthi, I sculpt chocolate Ganesha idols by hand, a process that takes days of patience. For winter, I experiment with classics like Gajar Halwa, turning them into dense, creamy cheesecakes that blend the nostalgia of home-cooked halwa with the luxury of a gourmet dessert. ### What to expect from the menu - **Christmas & Winter:** You will find traditional fruit cakes (with or without alcohol), spiced carrot cakes, and my signature fusion desserts like the Strawberry Biscoff Dream Cake. - **Rakhi & Gifting:** I create mini hampers, often featuring items like cone cakes, which are designed specifically for sibling celebrations. - **Dietary choices:** All my festive bakes are 100% vegetarian and eggless. If you have specific dietary needs, like a preference for vegan or gluten-free alternatives, just let me know when you place your order. Since these are limited-run items, I recommend placing your order as early as possible.
