This gives me the necessary time to source the freshest ingredients and bake your batch to perfection, whether you're ordering a gluten-free cookie assortment or a box of fudgy brownies. In my kitchen, baking is about more than just measurements; it's about making sure every bite feels like comfort. Whether you're craving classic double-chocolate cookies or something with a twist like my Baklava Muffins, every item is made from scratch. I focus on 100% eggless recipes, ensuring that everyone can enjoy these treats without compromise. If you have specific dietary needs, I have you covered with gluten-free and whole wheat options that don't sacrifice texture or flavour. You will find that my cookies aren't the mass-produced kind—they are soft, chewy, and loaded with high-quality chocolate chunks and fresh nuts. From the Red Velvet Stuffed cookies that remain a fan favourite to the zesty Orange Pistachio butter biscuits, I keep the menu seasonal and fresh. My brownies are designed for those who prefer them dense and fudgy rather than cakey. If you are looking to send a gift, these items are perfect for hampers and assortments, packed in sturdy boxes that ensure they travel well across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you have an idea for a specific flavour or a dietary requirement, just let me know, and I will see how we can make it happen. ## About The Baking Gurl I’m Niyati, and my kitchen is where the baking madness happens.
