I stick to a rustic, gourmet style because I prefer fresh fruit toppings, rich chocolate drips, and nut crusts over heavy fondant layers. Every cake is baked to order, meaning you get a fresh, moist sponge and authentic flavor profiles without the chemical aftertaste found in mass-produced alternatives.

My approach focuses on prioritizing quality ingredients over complex sugar art. When I make a Tiramisu Cheesecake or a Strawberry Biscoff cake, the layers are designed for texture, pairing crisp biscuit bases with creamy, whipped fillings. I use premium butter and real fruit compotes rather than standard oil mixes. Mumbai weather can be tricky, so my cakes are structured to hold their shape during transit while remaining soft on the palate. Whether you need a dense Roasted Almond Praline cake or a lighter fruit-forward dessert for an intimate gathering, I tailor the sugar levels and ingredient combinations to suit your preference. If you have specific dietary needs like gluten-free bases, just mention them when booking. Because everything is handmade in my kitchen, I require a 24 to 48 hour lead time so I can source the freshest produce for your dessert.
