Our team comes together to mix a massive batch of fruits and nuts, which will be used in our famous plum cakes.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/1b282ffb-106b-4379-a945-9c97959ca36e) ## About Freshly Made in Our Kitchen The cake mixing ceremony you see here isn't just a photo op; it is when we prepare the fruit soak that forms the heart of our plum cakes for months. We insist on soaking our dried fruits and nuts in advance because the flavors only develop their full depth when they have had the time to mature properly before hitting the oven. Our kitchen operates on one simple rule: fresh is non-negotiable. When you browse through our gallery, you are seeing products made by hand in our Kanjurmarg facility, not mass-produced in a factory. We believe that the quality of our ingredients, from the grade of our flour to the specific cocoa blends in our truffles, is what separates a standard dessert from a celebration-worthy treat. ### The Art of Handcrafted Baking We handle everything from the initial prep of our sourdough starters to the careful assembly of our chocolate modaks. We know that convenience matters, but we refuse to compromise on texture or taste. Whether it is a batch of fusion cupcakes for a birthday or a large order of holiday cookies, the process remains the same: small batches, high-quality ingredients, and constant attention to detail. ### Preparing for Your Celebrations For festivals like Christmas and Diwali, the scale of our production changes, but our techniques do not. We prepare our festive hampers with the same care we use for custom birthday cakes. We invite you to see our process because knowing how your food is made makes every bite more enjoyable. If you are looking for custom cakes, fusion desserts, or corporate gift hampers, you are getting exactly what we make in our kitchen, delivered to your door. ## About The Bake Shop We are a team of bakers who truly love what we do. When we aren't busy mixing batter or decorating, we are dreaming up new fusion flavors that bring a bit of extra joy to your family celebrations.
