We take the time to soak our dry fruits in quality spices and spirits, ensuring every bite of our traditional plum cake is moist, dense, and full of that classic festive warmth you look for every December. When the calendar turns towards the holiday season, our Kanjurmarg kitchen transforms into a festive workshop. We believe Christmas baking should be nostalgic rather than mass-produced. That is why our plum cakes rely on a traditional fruit-soaking process, resulting in the deep, spiced crumb that defines the season for our regular patrons. Whether you need a festive centerpiece or a quick treat for a gathering, our menu covers the classics. Our gingerbread houses are structural feats of icing and spice, perfect for gifting or setting up as a seasonal tabletop display. For those managing dietary needs, we offer eggless versions of our holiday bakes, including our signature plum muffins and assorted cookies, without sacrificing that rich, buttery texture. We know that gifting is a major part of the Mumbai holiday scene. Our hampers are thoughtfully curated to include a variety of textures, from the crunch of our sourdough chips to the soft bite of our rum-infused snowballs. If you are ordering for a corporate team or a large family gathering, we recommend reaching out early to secure your slot, as we bake in small, daily batches to maintain the quality and freshness of every loaf, cookie, and pastry. ## About The Bake Shop We are the team at The Bake Shop, turning your holiday traditions into sweet reality. From our kitchen in Kanjurmarg to your living room, we pour heart into every batch of cookies and every gingerbread house we assemble for you.
