This means your child gets a light, flavorful sponge they actually want to eat, and you do not have to deal with that rubbery layer peeling off at the party. ### Bringing Your Vision to Life Kids have the best imaginations, and my job is to translate those vivid ideas into something edible. Whether your little one is obsessed with a specific jungle safari animal, a mythical unicorn, or a beloved character, I focus on capturing those details using piped buttercream or hand-painted accents rather than layers of heavy fondant. ### Why No-Fondant Matters For a kid’s birthday, the cake needs to be eaten, not just looked at. By using Swiss Meringue Buttercream or velvety chocolate ganache, I ensure the sponge stays moist and the flavor profile is consistent throughout. This also gives me the flexibility to accommodate special requests like gluten-free or sugar-free cakes without losing the structural integrity required for these whimsical designs. ### Freshly Baked in Gurugram Every cake that leaves my studio is baked from scratch. I do not use premixes or shortcuts because I believe a celebration cake should taste like a treat your family actually enjoys. From the moist vanilla sponges with fresh fruit fillings to rich chocolate-hazelnut layers, the inside is just as important to me as the cute animal topper on the outside. ### Planning Your Cake - **Consultation:** Send me your mood board, a drawing your child made, or a reference image. We will discuss the best size and flavor to match your party. - **Lead Time:** As I bake everything fresh, please reach out at least 3 to 4 days before your event. - **Delivery:** I deliver across the Delhi NCR region in temperature-controlled vehicles, ensuring your cake arrives perfectly intact. ## About Aparna Hi, I'm Aparna.
