Because I bake from scratch without premixes, you can actually taste the quality of the sponge, not just the sugar. If you need a specific design element, I can usually incorporate it with edible accents or toppers rather than wrapping the whole thing in fondant. When I started the studio, I made a simple rule for myself: if I would not enjoy eating it, I would not send it out to you. That is why my focus remains on these simple, elegant designs. By skipping the thick fondant covering, I can invest more in the quality of the sponge and the richness of the filling. Whether you are planning a small birthday at home or a larger family gathering, these cakes rely on textures like rustic smears, fresh floral arrangements, or clean drip effects to look stunning. I bake everything from scratch in my Gurugram kitchen, avoiding those generic premixes. This allows me to easily offer eggless, gluten-free, or vegan versions of your favorite flavors, like lemon blueberry or chocolate hazelnut, without compromising on taste. If you have a design in mind, feel free to share it. We can usually recreate themes, characters, or specific styles using custom toppers, piping techniques, or hand-painted details. It is all about giving you a centerpiece that tastes just as good as it looks. ## About Aparna I am Aparna. I believe cake should taste like a treat, not a sugar cube.
