I often work with families for years, from their first baby shower to ninth birthdays and beyond. This means I already know your flavor preferences and design style, making the planning process for your next celebration much faster and more personal. My process is all about moving away from premixes and heavy fondant layers. I bake everything from scratch in my Gurugram studio, focusing on Swiss Meringue Buttercream or chocolate ganache finishes that actually taste good. Because I work with many families repeatedly, I keep a record of your favorite flavor combinations like lemon blueberry or dark chocolate, which helps when we start planning your next big event. ### Why Choose A Custom Cake - **Freshness First:** We do not use premixes or artificial shortcuts. Everything is baked fresh. - **Minimal Fondant:** You can enjoy every layer without peeling off sugar sheets. - **Design Freedom:** Whether you want a specific floral arrangement or a childhood theme, we use your ideas as our canvas. - **Dietary Inclusive:** If you need gluten-free or sugar-free options for your celebration, I am happy to adjust my recipes so everyone gets a slice. ### Planning Your Celebration If you are planning an event in Delhi NCR, please reach out with your date and theme ideas. I specialize in everything from intimate birthday gatherings to grand wedding events. If you have a mood board or photos, share them with me. This helps me understand the structure required, especially for complex designs or multi-tier cakes that need extra stability. We deliver across the NCR region with temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. ## About Aparna Hi, I'm Aparna.
