Whether it is a specific hobby like coffee brewing, a profession like architecture, or a pop-culture obsession, I translate that into a custom design using Swiss Meringue Buttercream instead of heavy fondant. This means you get the sharp, clean visual impact you want, without compromising on that scratch-baked taste. ### Your Idea, Our Canvas The most personal cakes are the ones that celebrate what you truly love. Whether you are an architect, a sneakerhead, or simply a fan of your favorite Netflix show, I see every order as a new creative challenge. I don't use premixes or fake stuff. I bake everything from scratch, which allows me to focus on the texture and flavor profile while ensuring the design remains stable. ### Why Minimal Fondant Matters I believe you shouldn't have to peel off a layer to enjoy the cake. By using buttercream or chocolate ganache for the finish, I can achieve the detailed look you see in my gallery—like edible photo reels, intricate piping, or textures—while keeping the cake fully edible and delicious. If I use fondant, it is only for small, necessary accent pieces like a figurine or a specific logo, never to cover the entire cake. ### How We Create Your Cake You tell me your idea—share images, mood boards, or just a chat about what makes the person special. I will let you know what works structurally and guide you on the best flavors to match the vibe. Since I bake fresh to order, I can easily accommodate requests like eggless sponges, gluten-free, or sugar-free options. From a massive 7kg celebration cake to a single-tier gift for a friend, we handle the logistics and delivery across Delhi NCR, so your masterpiece arrives looking perfect. ## About Aparna I’m Aparna, and I love turning your 'weird and wonderful' ideas into cake. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a personal passion—like your favorite K-Drama or a lifelong hobby—reimagined as a centerpiece for your celebration.
