I started The Bake Room as a tribute to my dad, and every smile I see when a customer tries our treats makes the hard work worthwhile. Seeing food bloggers and neighbors alike enjoy our creations is the biggest compliment I could ask for. What makes our kitchen special is the mix of childhood nostalgia and modern fun. Customers tell me that our Jim Jam and Bournvita dessert bowls take them right back to their school days, while our mango tres leches and Korean cream cheese croissants keep them coming back for something new. I am obsessed with quality, so you will find zero eggs in our menu, no matter how indulgent the treat is.
