The beauty is in the details—from hand-piped buttercream flowers to precise fondant designs—but the real secret is the moist sponge hidden inside. You are getting fresh, premium ingredients that actually taste as good as they look. ### Why My Cakesicles and Conesicles? When I started The Bake Room, I wanted to create desserts that felt personal. My floral conesicles, which I first brought to Mumbai, are designed to look like edible bouquets. I hand-pipe every petal using smooth buttercream so you get a beautiful aesthetic without needing a cake knife. These are perfect for gifting or as elegant party additions. Then there are my cakesicles. These are not just candy shells; they are crumbled sponge cake mixed with rich buttercream, dipped in high-quality chocolate. I treat every set like a small art project. Whether it is a tuxedo design for Father’s Day, football-themed treats for a birthday, or custom colors to match your event, I work with you to nail the theme. ### Pure Veg, Pure Joy Everything leaving my Mulund kitchen is 100% eggless. I know how hard it can be to find premium, innovative desserts in Mumbai that are strictly vegetarian without sacrificing texture. I use couverture chocolate for the shell and ensure the cake-to-cream ratio is perfect. ### Ordering & Customization * **Custom Designs:** From Disney characters to corporate logos, I can mold cakesicles to fit almost any event. * **Freshness:** I bake in small batches. Please reach out a few days in advance for bulk orders, especially during festive seasons. * **Gifting:** I offer premium packaging, making these ready-to-gift treats for any occasion. ## About The Bake Room I’m Bejal, and baking is my way of keeping my father’s memory alive. Every conesicle and cakesicle you see is a piece of my heart, made with premium, eggless ingredients. I love nothing more than creating edible art that brings a smile to your face.
