For Dad, I often craft 'conesicles'—my Mumbai-first specialty—shaped like his favourite shirt or a beer mug. For Mom, I lean towards elegant bundt cakes and mousse assortments. You can tell me the flavours they love, and I’ll put it together in a box that feels like a warm hug. ### More Than Just a Gift My kitchen in Mulund is where these ideas come to life. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all gifting. If your dad loves his suit and tie, I’ll recreate that look in a conesicle. If your mother has a sweet tooth for classic Indian flavours, I’ll pack a box with Rose Falooda or Rabdi Pista mousse cups. ### Why My Gifts Are Different * **100% Eggless:** Every cake, cookie, and mousse is made without eggs, so you never have to worry about dietary restrictions. * **Mumbai Firsts:** I take pride in introducing products like conesicles to the city, ensuring you get something truly unique. * **Personal Touches:** From handwritten notes to specific colour themes, I want the unboxing experience to be as special as the treats inside. ### How I Work Whether you need a bento cake for a small milestone or a luxury tray filled with artisan cookies for a bigger celebration, everything is made fresh. I avoid pre-made stock, which means your box is assembled specifically for your order. If you have a theme in mind—like a 'Handbag Cake' for Mother's Day or a specific sports theme for Father's Day—just let me know. I love a good challenge and am always happy to blend flavours to suit your parents' tastes. ## About The Bake Room Hi, I’m Bejal. After losing my dad twenty years ago, I started The Bake Room as a tribute to him. I pour that same love into every box I make, whether it’s a surprise for your father or a celebration for your mother. It's not just about dessert; it's about making sure the people who raised you feel remembered.
