When I bake these, my goal isn't just to make them taste good, it is to make sure that first bite feels like a warm hug. Whether you are grabbing a box for yourself or a hamper for a friend, these treats are baked to be chewy, never dry, and always fresh. ### How I Bake My Treats I believe cookies should have personality. My NYC-style cookies are thick and soft, loaded with chunks, and often stuffed with surprises like molten Nutella. For the brownies, I chase that deep, dark, and fudgy center that holds its shape but melts when you bite into it. I don't use preservatives, and I bake in small batches to ensure that when your box arrives, it tastes like it just came out of my oven. ### My Cookie & Brownie Menu * **Classic Comfort:** The double chocolate brownie is my bestseller. It is dense, fudgy, and has that perfect crackly crust. For cookies, the classic chocochip remains the undisputed champion. * **The Healthy Switch:** If you want something lighter, try my jowar, oats, and jaggery cookies. They are surprisingly satisfying and made with wholesome ingredients without losing that gooey texture. * **Gifting & Hampers:** Looking for something for Rakhi, birthdays, or office treats? I put together custom boxes that look as good as they taste. I can personalize the toppers or the packaging to match your theme. ### Ordering for Mumbai I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because these are fresh bakes, please give me a heads-up so I can plan the prep. Whether you need a single tub of goodness or a bulk corporate order, just drop me a message and we will sort it out. ## About The BakeLair Hi, I am Khadija!
