Most of my treats, including the popular mini bento cakes and dessert tubs, can be customized to your dietary needs like gluten or sugar-free options—just let me know what you need when you reach out. I call my kitchen The BakeLair because it is where I get to experiment with sugar, flour, and a whole lot of love. This collection is a mix of my current obsessions: intricate Lambeth piping, minimalist Korean-style bento cakes, and those comfort treats like gooey Nutella-filled cookies. If you are looking for a birthday centerpiece, my vintage-style cakes are a go-to, but I know not every craving calls for a full cake. That is why I have my dessert tubs and cupcakes—perfect for gifting or just keeping in the fridge for a midnight snack. One thing I am particularly proud of is my ability to adapt for dietary needs. If you need a birthday cake that is gluten-free, sugar-free, or dairy-free, I use alternatives like ragi, almond flour, and dates to make sure nobody misses out on the celebration. Whether you are ordering a bulk hamper for corporate gifting or just a single tub of Biscoff Tres Leches, everything is freshly baked in my home kitchen. ## About The BakeLair Hi, I am Khadija! I am a home baker who gets a bit too excited about piping buttercream and perfecting the texture of a brownie. Everything you see here comes out of my own kitchen, made with real ingredients and a lot of care, just for you.
