I spend hours on that vintage piping and hand-painted detail because that is where the magic happens. Whether it is a rich dark chocolate mousse inside or a light white chocolate berry blend, I make sure the flavor profile is just as thoughtful as the design. ### How We Design Your Cake Every cake starts with an idea. Whether you have a specific Pinterest board in mind or just a vibe—like a romantic heart-shaped vintage cake or a fun, themed birthday treat—I love bringing it to life. **The Process:** * **Flavor Selection:** We start with the base. My go-to sponges are vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet, but I love experimenting with fillings like salted caramel or fresh fruit compotes. * **Design & Piping:** This is where my current obsession lies. I specialize in vintage Lambeth-style piping, frills, and hand-painted buttercream art. * **Dietary Needs:** If you need gluten-free, sugar-free, or eggless options, just let me know. I have plenty of experience baking with almond, ragi, and dates to ensure everyone can enjoy a slice. ### Why Custom Matters I believe your cake should reflect the event. A 'Bride to be' celebration calls for elegant silver ribbons and floral accents, while a small birthday might need something cute with minimalist Korean-style text. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, ensuring your cake arrives safely. Because I work from home, I pour my heart into every batch, making sure the final result is something you will want to share. Sirf dekho nahi, share bhi karo! ## About The BakeLair Hi, I am Khadija.
