I strictly use premium couverture chocolate rather than compound, which gives the batter a deep, rich flavor and a genuine melt-in-the-mouth texture. Because I bake these in small, focused batches from my home kitchen, the timing is crucial to get that perfect gooey finish. When you order a box, you are getting brownies made fresh to order. I do not mass-produce these, which means I can control the texture of every tray. ### My Signature Flavors I offer a variety of flavor profiles to suit different cravings: * **Double Chocolate Chip:** For those who want maximum cocoa intensity. * **Nutella Ferrero Rocher:** A crowd favorite featuring a rich hazelnut swirl. * **Classic Walnut:** A perfect balance of soft, fudgy chocolate and a satisfying crunch. ### Gifting and Logistics My assorted boxes are quite popular for Rakhi, birthdays, or just as a thoughtful gesture for a friend. Everything is 100% eggless. Since I operate a small home bakery in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, please note that I require advance booking. This ensures I have enough time to source the best ingredients and get your order ready for pickup. If you are ordering for an event or need a specific delivery date, reaching out a day or two early helps me manage my kitchen schedule effectively. You can arrange a Dunzo or Porter for pickup from my location, and I will ensure your box is packed securely to handle the travel. ## About Megha Kharakwal I'm Megha, and I started The Bake House to turn my baking hobby into something real.
