Whether it is the rich caramel in the Snickers tart or the smooth Biscoff topping, I use real, premium ingredients because that is what makes the flavor actually pop. Since I bake everything fresh to order, please let me know your plans a day or two early so I can manage the prep properly. ### My Approach to Cheesecakes When you order a cheesecake or tart from The Bake House, you are getting something very different from store-bought desserts. I focus on textures that actually stand out—like the contrast between a buttery, crunchy base and a smooth, creamy center. **The Cheesecakes I Love Baking** * **Biscoff Baked Cheesecake:** This is a fan favorite for a reason. I use authentic Biscoff spread and cookies to ensure that deep, caramelized flavor comes through in every single bite. * **Basque Burnt Cheesecake:** This one is all about the technique. It does not use a crust. Instead, I bake it at a high temperature to get that iconic, dark, caramelized top while keeping the inside incredibly soft and creamy. * **Snickers Caramel Tart:** For those who want pure decadence, this tart combines a nutty, chocolatey profile with a rich caramel filling. ### Practical Tips for Your Order * **Serving Advice:** Cheesecakes are temperature sensitive. If you are picking up your order from Airoli, try to get it home and into the fridge as soon as possible. It helps the set, especially on a warm Mumbai day. * **Ordering:** Because I am a one-person team, I do not keep stock ready on shelves. Every item is baked fresh for your specific pickup or delivery slot. This means I need at least 24 to 48 hours of notice to get the ingredients prepped and the cake chilled. * **Ingredients:** I am transparent about what goes into my bakes. I always source premium couverture chocolate and fresh cream because shortcuts in ingredients show up in the final taste.
