Our kitchen is our happy place, and we believe you deserve to see exactly what goes into the desserts you order. Everything here is 100% eggless, made fresh to order in our New Colony, Gurugram kitchen. When you watch our videos, you are seeing the reality of a home bakery. We start with the basics, such as whipping the batter and letting the sponges cool completely on the rack. That process cannot be rushed if you want the perfect texture. For the ganache, we prefer using rich, dark chocolate because it gives that signature depth without being overly sweet. People often ask about the designs. Whether it is a KitKat Truffle cake or a simple cupcake box, we handle the layering, piping, and crumb coating ourselves.
