Instead, we use the CROW technique—Character, Relationship, Objective, Where—to help them find their own emotions and reactions on stage. In our rehearsals, you'll see them improvising, making mistakes, and learning to own their space long before they ever step into a costume. Theatre is a laboratory for life skills. When parents ask why we spend weeks on 'messy' rehearsals, I explain that this is where the real growth happens. We move away from the traditional model of rote learning and step into a space where children learn to think on their feet. Whether we are training in Greater Kailash, DLF Phase IV, or at Theatre & 'U' in Vasant Kunj, the goal remains the same: building confidence that lasts beyond the spotlight. Through our Foundation Drama and Stage Production programs, children engage in oral motor exercises, voice projection, and emotional prompts that go far deeper than acting. It is in these unscripted moments—the quiet mentorship on the stage steps, the collaborative problem-solving, and the shared laughter during blocking—that children stop worrying about being 'perfect' and start learning to be capable. We treat every child as an individual, tailoring our approach for the shy, the hesitant, and the energetic alike. By the time they reach a professional venue like Alliance Francaise or ML Bhartia, the performance is just a celebration of the long, transformative journey they’ve already navigated with their peers. ## About Theatre & U I’m Preeti.
