## About Practical Classroom Techniques

When you integrate drama, the goal isn't a perfect show, but a responsive classroom. We focus on specific, actionable tools like the CROW technique—Character, Relationship, Objective, Where—to help students build scenes spontaneously. Whether you are managing energy levels or handling hesitant speakers, these exercises are designed to give you a framework to keep students engaged and thinking on their feet.

Our training is built for educators who want to move beyond lecturing. Drama is a tool for classroom management and cognitive development, not just an extracurricular activity. We teach you how to design a curriculum that aligns with academic goals while nurturing social skills.

### Core Methods We Cover

* **CROW Technique:** A practical framework for improvisation. By defining Character, Relationship, Objective, and Where, students stop rambling and start creating focused, logical narratives.
* **Character Worksheets:** We move past simple roleplay. These exercises require students to articulate a character's internal motivation, age, and occupation. It encourages empathy and deeper narrative structure.
* **Emotional Literacy:** Through our 'emotion prompts,' we use visual cues to help students identify and articulate feelings. This builds vocabulary and critical thinking, helping students analyze perspectives.
* **Managing Hesitation:** We provide specific ice-breakers and circular activities that lower the barrier to entry for shy or introverted students.

We keep our batches small to ensure you get 1-on-1 feedback on your facilitation style. Whether you need help managing specific behavioral cases or simply want to introduce more movement into your existing subject lessons, these tools are practical, scalable, and immediately usable.
