We go beyond theory to provide hands-on experience, ensuring you leave with a clear plan to design your own drama curriculum and manage classrooms effectively. At the core of our work is a simple truth: drama is a universal language for development. After years of running successful programs for children and teens, I realized the need for more educators to understand the 'why' behind theatre. It isn't just about reciting lines or stage presence; it is about cognitive growth, emotional intelligence, and building social skills in a safe environment. When we train teachers, we don't just hand over a list of games. We dive deep into the CROW (Character, Relationship, Objective, Where) technique to help you construct meaningful scenarios for your students. We explore how to adapt these methods for children with different needs, including those with ADHD or social anxiety. My goal is to ensure you feel equipped to handle a classroom, maintain engagement, and spark curiosity. Whether you are a seasoned teacher looking to add variety to your syllabus or an aspiring facilitator, our programs are designed to be interactive and practical. We emphasize small batch sizes because feedback is crucial. I want to see you develop your own unique voice as a mentor, not just mimic a teaching style. Join us in making drama a vital part of every child's learning journey. ## About Theatre & U I am Preeti Gautam. I have spent years watching theatre transform quiet, hesitant students into confident individuals who can think on their feet. Now, I want to teach you how to bring those same methods into your classroom so you can help your students find their own voice.
