Our TTC isn't just about perfect alignment—though we cover that extensively—it's about the reality of teaching: finding students, setting fair rates, and managing a studio. If you join us, you’re not just learning the Ashtanga primary series; you're learning how to turn your practice into a profession. ### Real Skills for Real Careers Many training programs teach you how to teach yourself, but they leave you stuck when it comes to the business side of yoga. At The Ashtanga Institute, we close that gap. My approach is simple: master the anatomy and philosophy, but don't ignore the logistics. ### What Our TTC Covers - **Deep Anatomy & Alignment:** We go beyond the textbook. You will learn the mechanics of the body—how to adjust a student safely and how to correct common mistakes in postures like *Chakrasana*. - **The Business of Yoga:** We dedicate modules to student retention, marketing your classes, and pricing strategies. *Career banana padta hai, certificate se kuch nahi hota* (you have to build a career, a certificate alone doesn't do it). - **Philosophy & Practicality:** From *shuddhi kriya* and *pranayama* to teaching corporate workshops, we cover the full spectrum. ### Flexible Learning Options Whether you are a beginner or looking to upgrade your certification, we offer a path for you: - **Offline:** Join us at our main center in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, for hands-on, intensive training with direct mentoring. - **Residential:** For a fully immersive experience, we host residential batches in Rishikesh, where you can live the yogic lifestyle. - **Hybrid:** We provide flexibility for working professionals via live Zoom sessions and recorded study materials. By the end of your training, you will have more than just a certificate—you will have a clear, actionable plan to start your classes. ## About The Ashtanga Institute I’m Dr. Sandeep Dongre, and I founded this institute to keep yoga honest.
