Our neon art sessions use light and color to help your team reconnect, create, and share a genuine moment outside of the daily grind. ## Photos and videos - [Video: The neon painting workshop is a two-part creative journey. First, participants paint their designs with special neon acrylics. Then, the lights go down, the UV lamps turn on, and the room fills with the glowing, vibrant results of their work, creating a truly magical and memorable moment for the entire team.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/0822c6ba-cbab-424b-881a-bb8f6f1ba344) ## About Unforgettable Art Experiences You do not need to be an artist to make this work. We guide your team through the process of painting with UV-reactive acrylics, turning standard canvases into vibrant, glowing masterpieces that pop the moment we switch on the blacklights. It is about letting go of the office persona and simply creating something together. ### Beyond the Conference Room I do not do trust falls or cheesy icebreakers. Real team bonding happens when you focus on a shared task that feels completely different from your day job. Our neon painting workshops are designed to lower defenses and get people talking. Whether you are hosting an off-site, an annual party, or just need a creative break, this session acts as a pressure release valve. ### The Neon Experience We transform your office or venue into a specialized art studio. This includes: * **UV Lighting Setup:** Rental and installation of blacklights to create the immersive glow environment. * **Professional Materials:** High-pigment neon acrylics, synthetic brushes, and protective gear for every participant. * **Guided Instruction:** Step-by-step facilitation by myself or our senior faculty to ensure everyone feels confident, regardless of their skill level. ### Why Process Beats Perfection Most participants walk in worried about making a mistake. I tell them, "Mistake ho gaya toh kya?" (So what if you made a mistake?). The magic of these sessions lies in the transition. You start by painting in daylight and finish by seeing your work transformed under UV light. The result is less important than the laughter and conversation that happens while the paint is wet. ### Logistics and Travel We bring the studio to you. We handle all site preparation, including heavy-duty floor covers to protect your carpets and furniture, and complete cleanup afterward. We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and can accommodate groups of up to 100 participants comfortably. ## About Purnima Sampat I don't believe in awkward office games. My goal is to get your team to actually connect by focusing on a shared, messy, and rewarding creative task. We strip away the corporate pressure and let the art speak for itself.
