We turn your cafeteria, conference room, or banquet hall into a vibrant space where your team can connect through art, even with 100 participants in the room. ## Photos and videos - [Video: We transformed this large hall for a corporate off-site, providing everything needed for an abstract floral painting session. The focus is on the process, not perfection, allowing colleagues from different departments to interact, laugh, and create in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/62e8770b-3f2c-4dda-83a5-0b814abb7155) ## About Team Building for Large Groups My team handles every logistical headache, from covering the floors in your venue with drop cloths to cleaning up the last drop of paint, so your team just shows up and engages. We bring the studio to you, ensuring that even in a crowded hall, the focus remains on relaxing and creating rather than worrying about the mess. ### More Than Just a Paint Session I don’t do trust falls or cheesy ice-breaker games. These workshops are about getting people to drop their guard and try something new. Whether it is a company off-site, an annual party, or just a team that needs a breather, we create an environment where the art is just the excuse to talk, laugh, and see colleagues in a new light. ### How We Manage Large Groups We specialize in scalability without losing the personal touch. We bring artist-grade supplies, aprons, and setup materials to any space across Mumbai. * **Abstract Floral Painting:** Perfect for large groups. We guide participants step-by-step through a canvas piece. It is non-intimidating and guarantees that everyone leaves with something they are proud of. * **Collaborative Mystery Mural:** This is ideal if you want a tangible reminder of the event. We pre-sketch a logo or value-based image across dozens of small panels. Each person paints their segment, and when we assemble it at the end, the full image is revealed. It is a powerful exercise in collective effort. ### Why 'Mistake Ho Gaya Toh Kya?' Corporate environments are often high-pressure. Our workshops are the opposite. We encourage the mess and the drama because that is where the creative thinking happens. Nobody needs to be an artist to join. We take away the fear of 'ruining' a canvas, and the result is almost always a team that leaves feeling refreshed and connected. If you are looking for an engagement activity that actually works, this is the one. ## About Purnima Sampat I am Purnima Sampat, and I started this studio because copying pictures is boring. We are a team of artists who believe art is about how you think, not how well you can draw. We take that same philosophy into corporate events to help your team reconnect and have a bit of fun.
