Whether you have never held a brush or just want a creative break, these sessions are designed to help you let go and create something uniquely yours. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A look inside one of my public texture art workshops. This video captures the creative energy as participants learn to use different tools and techniques to build texture and color on their canvases.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/23bdd418-ae4e-4b0b-bc52-cb501080f2c4) ## About Public Art Workshops I strip away the intimidation of a blank canvas by focusing on textures and layering techniques rather than trying to paint a masterpiece in three hours. We use fast-drying acrylics so you can take your finished 10x12 inch canvas home the same day, varnish and all. ### Why these sessions exist I started these workshops because I wanted to share the same creative relief I found after quitting my corporate job. Art is not just about the final image on the wall; it is about the quiet focus that happens when you mix colors and apply texture. These sessions are a place to disconnect from the noise and actually make something with your own hands. ### What we do We keep things accessible. You do not need to be a trained painter to join. I walk you through the basics of blending, applying texture, and composition. We focus on: * **Texture building:** Using tools to create depth and tactile elements on the canvas. * **Color play:** Learning how to mix and layer vibrant acrylics. * **Freedom of expression:** No strict rules on what the outcome should look like. The kits are fully provided, including canvases, brushes, and loaner aprons. Since we use professional-grade acrylics, the work dries quickly, meaning you walk out with a ready-to-display piece of art. ### Who joins these workshops These sessions are for anyone looking for a creative reset. I see friends coming together for a relaxed afternoon, individuals wanting to learn a new skill, and people who simply need a break from their daily routine. If you are looking for a space where you can get a little messy and walk away with a story, this is it. ## About Aanchal Gupta I am Aanchal, the person behind The Art Pitcher. I traded my corporate desk for a life of paints and murals four years ago, and I love helping others find that same creative spark. My workshops are my way of showing that art is for everyone, not just the professionals.
