After every workout, we gather on the turf to break down the day’s work. This is where we discuss technique, correct errors, and build the mental strength required to stay composed in the ring. This team talk is where our family spirit is truly built. At Ace Boxing, we believe that technique without strategy is just swinging arms. Whether you are training at our Ghansoli or Panvel facility, you will notice that our program goes beyond the physical. We treat boxing as a serious discipline. During our post-session debriefs, I work with each student to analyze their performance, correct their footwork logic, and discuss the mental challenges they faced during sparring. It is a space for honesty. If a student is frustrated, we talk about it. If they are making progress, we celebrate it. This creates a community, not just a class. We have kids as young as six training alongside adults, and this environment fosters a unique sense of family. Our students learn to support each other during drills and push each other during conditioning. This isn't just about getting a workout; it is about developing the mental toughness required for life. We are proud to be recognized by the Thane Boxing Association, and we carry that professional standard into every team talk. ## About Ace Boxing I am the head coach at Ace Boxing. I believe boxing is 50 percent physical and 50 percent mental. My goal is to build you into a disciplined fighter, whether you are 6 or 60.
