Custom-branded favors containing gourmet edibles and a themed utility keepsake packaged in reusable boxes or baskets.

*   **Vessels:** Metal buckets, glass jars, or woven baskets for holding ingredients.

*   **Bloom Bar:** Assorted fresh flowers (Roses, Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Gypsophila) with kraft paper wrapping and satin ribbons. (Excludes imported flowers like Tulips).

*   **Potli or Tote Station:** Raw silk blend Potlis or Canvas Tote Bags with Gota patti, patches, mirrors, and tassels for decoration.

Custom backdrop with organic balloon garlands, themed cutouts and prop styling. Decor starts at 15,000 and scales with size, theme and florals.

#### Visual & Backdrop Elements
*   **Main Backdrop:** Custom-designed backdrop, up to 8ft x 8ft, using high-quality matte flex printing on a wooden frame or a shimmer wall panel depending on the theme.
*   **Themed Cutouts:** 2 to 3 large freestanding foam-board or sunboard cutouts (approx. 3ft to 5ft height) matching the specific event theme (e.g., Giraffes, Eiffel Tower).
*   **Balloon Art:** One semi-arch or organic L-shaped balloon garland (approx. 15-20 running feet) using a mix of pastel, chrome, and double-stuffed balloons for an opaque look.

#### Styling & Props
*   **Florals:** Fresh, artificial or a mix of both, entirely as per your requirement. There are no floral restrictions at any tier.
*   **Prop Rentals:** Inclusion of 1-2 themed props such as a vintage suitcase, small ladder, teddy bears, or picket fence. Some props are owned in-house, others are outsourced depending on the theme.
*   **Cake Display:** One cylinder pedestal or vintage table for cake cutting.
*   **Flooring:** Basic printed flex mat or rug to match the backdrop width.

#### Service & Logistics
*   **Design:** Consultation to finalize the mood board.
*   **Execution:** Setup and breakdown by a team of 3-4 personnel (Setup time approx. 3 hours).

## About Event Styling & Interactive Experiences

### We Wrap Memories, Not Just Spaces

If you know The Wrapped Hearts, you probably think of gifting, but for me event styling is about wrapping up whole experiences. When I style a space, I want it to spark emotion, not just look pretty. My team and I set the mood so your guests walk away with stories, not just selfies.

### What We Style

Theme-based decor for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, naming ceremonies, Haldi, Sangeet and wedding welcome functions, plus corporate events. Boho-chic with pampas and muted balloons, a travel theme with landmark props, a classic Jamai Welcome with all the desi colours. Fresh flowers, artificial or a mix, no restrictions, whatever you want. One honest thing: we don't do the main wedding decor, the fera or the reception. Everything around the shaadi, haan, that we love doing.

### Experience Zones: Where Guests Get Involved

The real fun is our interactive live stations, priced from 200 per guest pack onwards with a minimum of 50:
- DIY potli making, tote bags, doodle walls
- Potpourri and fragrance bars, live bloom bars
- Charm and jewellery bars, live engraving with around 18 items to engrave on
- Meena Baazaar stalls, live candy bars, wedding games
- 360 degree video booths and photo booths

Guests don't just watch, they make, play and connect. Usually 3 hours, 5 hour stalls also possible.

### Favors That Actually Mean Something

I hate generic return gifts. Whatever your guests make or pick at our stations goes home with them, personalised.

### Good To Know

Decor anywhere in Karnataka, live stations anywhere in India. A basic decor setup starts at 15,000 and wedding function work goes well above 2 lakhs depending on scale. Transport, venue logistics and hospitality are charged as per actuals and you'll see all of it in the estimate before the event. We don't handle venue booking or catering. For outdoor events we check the forecast and can price a backup plan if you want one.

### My story

Hey, we’re The Wrapped Hearts, but folks call our founder Shefali the ‘Malkin’. TWH started ‘cause we wanted gifting to feel special, not just a handover. Honestly, the studio is our playground – ribbons flying, ideas popping, sometimes a bit of chaos too! You’ll spot our team’s wild reels more than Shefali’s – she’s camera-shy. For us, it’s all about wrapping up joy and making sure every little detail feels just right.

- **Interactive Live Stations**: Want a party with a twist? Our interactive live stations like DIY potli counter and jewellery bar are a hit.
- **Workshops for Gift Styling**: If you want to become a pro gift stylist, we run hands-on workshops packed with creative hacks.
- **Custom for All Clients**: From big corporates needing bulk hampers to brides dreaming up a wedding trousseau, we love it all.
