I personally lead our music and dance sessions, ensuring that learning isn't just about textbooks but about rhythm, movement, and confidence. Our space is kept intentionally intimate so every child gets personal attention, whether they are in our playgroup or our full-day daycare, ensuring they feel seen and heard from the moment they walk through the door. At Makoons Ulwe, we believe that early childhood education should be an extension of home. That is why we focus on creating an environment that is as safe as it is stimulating. **Learning Through Movement & Culture** We don't just teach the curriculum; we bring it to life. I incorporate my background in the arts to lead daily dance and music sessions, helping kids develop coordination and expressive skills. We celebrate festivals like Ashadhi Ekadashi and Christmas not just for the fun of it, but to help children connect with their roots and understand the joy of community. **Safe & Practical Care** For working parents, we offer a full-day daycare service (up to 6:30 PM) that provides peace of mind. We have full CCTV coverage, secure magnetic locks, and a dedicated nap zone. Our meals are 100% vegetarian, nutritious, and planned to keep kids energized throughout the day. **Our Approach** - **Small Batches:** This ensures each child gets the attention they need to thrive. - **Play-Based:** We follow the Makoons curriculum, which focuses on pre-math, literacy, and sensory activities. - **Principal-Led:** As the owner and principal, I am involved in the daily life of the school, from leading classes to managing our dedicated team. If you want your little one to spend their formative years in a place that values affection just as much as academics, come visit us in Ulwe. We would love to have you part of our family. ## About Ishwari Vichare Hi, I'm Ishwari! When I started Makoons Ulwe, I wanted a place that felt more like a family home than a school. I'm always around—whether I'm teaching dance, singing songs, or giving out extra hugs—because I believe the best learning happens when kids feel safe, loved, and free to be themselves.
