## About Celebrating Our Diverse World

Our festival celebrations are not just parties but hands-on learning moments. When we celebrate Raksha Bandhan, children create their own rakhis and post them in our custom letterbox, which turns a cultural tradition into a practical exercise for fine motor skills and empathy.

At The Learning Space, we treat culture as an essential part of the curriculum. We believe that global citizens are raised when children learn to appreciate diversity from a young age. From Diwali rangoli to Easter egg decorating, every festival is an opportunity for experiential learning.

For example, during Ganesh Chaturthi, our children create eco-friendly Ganpati idols using grains. This activity teaches them about sustainability and traditional art while connecting them to the spirit of the festival. Our 'Around the World' theme helps kids step into other cultures with greetings like 'Ni Hao' or 'Bonjour'. This isn't just about fun; it builds a foundation for empathy and open-mindedness.

We balance these festive moments with our core play-based curriculum, ensuring that every celebration includes creative art, storytelling, and social interaction. Whether it is a peace walk for Gandhi Jayanti to teach truth and non-violence or understanding the victory of good over evil during Dussehra, we ensure the learning is age-appropriate, joyful, and deeply meaningful for our 1 to 6-year-old learners. We turn every holiday into a memory that fosters community and kindness.
