We don't run you into the ground for the sake of it—we break down your doubles rotations, fix your court positioning, and simulate high-pressure tournament scenarios so you walk onto the court knowing exactly how to dismantle your opponent. ### Why Our Masters Training is Different Most clubs treat masters coaching like a casual hobby. We treat it like a mission. At i-SPORTS, we understand that players over 30 have different needs: you have limited training time, you need to manage injury risk, and you want results that translate directly to tournament wins. ### The Focus * **Doubles Mastery:** We focus on the intricate rotations and communication required for mixed and men's/women's doubles. Whether it's service zone coverage or reading your partner, we drill it until it becomes muscle memory. * **Match IQ:** We don't just teach you how to hit; we teach you how to win. We analyse game scenarios to ensure you're making the right shot choices under pressure. * **Injury Prevention:** We integrate targeted strength and conditioning designed for the 30+ body, focusing on joint health and mobility so you can keep playing hard without the fear of burnout. ### Tournament Ready We don't just train you for the sake of fitness; we train you to bring home trophies. From the Inter-Sanga Badminton Championship to IBAK Slam-level international events, our players consistently prove that skill knows no age. If you're tired of losing points on court due to poor strategy or lack of fitness, it's time to step into the grind zone and level up your game. We provide the mentorship, the sparring partners, and the brutal honesty you need to turn your passion into a winning record. ## About I-Sports I’m KK. I used to be an engineer, but the court pulled me in for good. At i-SPORTS, we don't care if you have a 9-to-5—if you step on our court, you're an athlete, not a hobbyist. My team and I focus on getting you match-ready with no-nonsense coaching.
