When we have already locked in your wedding logo and caricature style for your digital suite, I use those exact elements for your signage. This keeps your branding consistent from the WhatsApp invite to the actual venue entrance, so guests know exactly which function they are stepping into the moment they arrive. ### Why Your Signage Matters Think of your welcome board as the handshake for your event. It is the first thing guests see when they walk into your Sangeet, Haldi, or Wedding ceremony. If your digital invites have a specific colour palette or theme, your signage needs to carry that same energy. I focus on creating a cohesive look that ties your entire wedding branding together. ### My Approach to Event Signage * **Matching Your Invitations:** If we designed your e-invites with a specific floral motif or a custom caricature, I bring those same assets onto your welcome boards. This makes your event feel like a curated experience rather than a random collection of decor. * **Custom Caricatures:** I love illustrating couples. Whether you want a fun, playful caricature for a Mehendi or a regal, illustrated portrait for the wedding reception, I sketch it so it looks just like you. * **Theme Consistency:** From sundowner party themes with disco balls to traditional, elegant ceremony vibes, I adjust the design style to match your venue and time of day. ### Practical Details for Your Big Day When we plan your signage, we need to think about more than just the print. Think about where the board will be placed—is it an indoor event or an outdoor lawn? Will it need an easel, or does it need to be mounted? These are the small details I help you navigate so that the final piece is perfect for your venue. Whether you need a sleek digital screen board or a high-quality physical print, the goal is to make sure your guests feel the warmth and personal touch of your celebration from the very first step. ## About The Invitation Spot Hi, I am Tanvi!
