In our recent institutional work, we delivered a complex facility overhaul in 136 days, well ahead of the schedule, ensuring the space was ready for students while maintaining high standards for heavy daily footfall. When we take on commercial or institutional projects, we shift our focus from personal aesthetics to longevity and flow. Unlike residential design, these spaces deal with constant, heavy usage. We prioritize wear-resistant surfaces, smart lighting, and robust layouts that remain easy to maintain. ### Our Approach to Commercial Work For our work at Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College, the objective was to modernize student lounges and corridors without disrupting the academic environment. Our process involved: - **Site Management:** Coordinating civil, electrical, and aesthetic teams to ensure the project stayed within a strict 136-day window. - **Durable Infrastructure:** We replaced outdated flooring and lighting with high-grade, low-maintenance materials suited for hundreds of users daily. - **Turnkey Execution:** From demolition to final lighting installation, we handled every aspect. This meant the college management had a single point of contact rather than juggling multiple vendors. Whether it is a college campus, an office, or a commercial storefront, we apply the same engineering rigor and design-first mindset that we use in our residential projects. We understand that time is money in business, which is why we value early, on-time, and on-budget delivery above all else. ## About The Inside Story We are Anil and Thanusha, a civil engineer and an architect who believe in building for reality, not just for looks.
