## About Renovation & Remodeling

### Our Approach

We’re Anil and Thanusha, a civil engineer and an architect, and we run The Inside Story together. For us, renovation isn’t just about new paint or fancy tiles. It’s about making your space feel like it’s truly yours. We always start by listening to what you want, not just what’s trending. If you’re looking for a team that actually cares about your story, not just the square footage, that’s us.

### What We Do

- Full home makeovers, from old-school to modern sanctuary
- Modern kitchen remodel and bathroom upgrades (think smart storage, modular kitchens, and chill bathroom vibes)
- Commercial and college spaces - we’ve done campus renovations too, always on time
- Custom storage solutions like under-stair nooks, kids’ rooms, or just making that awkward corner useful

### How We Work

We handle everything - design, execution, and the messy bits in between. Our turnkey home renovation means you don’t have to juggle contractors. Yes, there’s dust and noise, but we keep you updated, especially if you’re an NRI client living abroad. We’ve managed full property transformations for folks who’ve never even visited the site till handover.

### Quality & Trust

We only use brands we trust - Hettich, Hafele, Royaltouch, Gyproc, Philips. We’re picky about quality and back our work with a 10-year warranty. Timelines matter to us, so we don’t drag projects out.

### Real Talk

We work with all kinds of budgets. At the end of the day, what matters is you feel at home in your space. That’s what keeps us going.

## Meet your expert

[The Inside Story](https://mytribe.in/the_inside_story_designstudio)

### My story

Hey, we’re Anil and Thanusha - civil engineer and architect, but mostly, partners who love building homes, not just houses. We quit the corporate life in Bangalore and started The Inside Story, our first baby! For us, it’s about emotion, not just walls and paint. When our clients say, ‘naavu ankondidkinta tumba chennagi maadikottidira’ (you’ve done better than we imagined), that’s the best part. Quality over quantity, always.

### My work

- **What we do**: We design and build custom home interiors, renovations, villas, farmhouses, and even colleges. We also do space-saving furniture design.
- **We listen, then create**: We love long chats, wild ideas, and really understanding what you want. Even if you’re abroad, we’ve got you.
- **Architect + Engineer = Dream team**: Thanusha handles design, Anil takes care of execution. So, it’s practical and pretty, start to finish.
- **Function meets style**: A rotating shoe rack? Multi-purpose table? We focus on smart, functional modern kitchen design and more.
- **On time, on budget**: We stick to timelines and budgets. Some clients say we even finish early.
