Whether you see an exposed brick farmhouse or a modern villa, the consistency lies in our process: Anil handles the structural engineering and site execution, while I focus on the design and spatial flow. Before you reach out, consider whether you want a turnkey service where we manage everything, or a specific renovation to fix an older home; knowing this helps us guide your first consultation better. Building a home is rarely just about bricks and cement. It is a mix of engineering precision and personal taste. Because we are an engineer and architect team, we do not just design plans that look good on paper; we build them to last. Our work spans different styles, but the goal is always the same: to create a space that feels like yours rather than a generic property. ### How We Work We operate as a single point of contact for your entire build. This means you do not have to chase different contractors for plumbing, electrical, or structural work. We manage the timeline, the budget, and the site teams from the Bhoomi Pooja to the final handover. ### Our Expertise * **Eco-Friendly Construction:** We specialise in exposed masonry using wire-cut bricks and mud blocks. These materials are excellent for Bangalore's climate, naturally keeping your home cooler. * **Turnkey Home Construction:** We take on the entire project, including foundation, roofing, and finishing touches. If you are abroad, we keep you updated with regular site reports. * **Home Renovations:** We help you breathe new life into older houses. Whether it is a facade makeover, structural reinforcement, or a complete interior overhaul, we handle the messy work. If you have a plot of land and a vision, or an old house that needs a transformation, we are happy to sit down and talk through what is practical and possible for your specific budget. ## About The Inside Story Hi, I'm Thanusha and this is Anil. We are a husband-and-wife team—I'm the architect, he's the civil engineer. We started The Inside Story because we were tired of seeing homes built without soul. We manage the site, the drawings, and the headaches so you don't have to.
