We build these details into your initial planning phase, whether it's sourcing heritage Athangudi tiles for a vibrant entryway or designing specific woodwork to solve a storage problem. This ensures your home’s character is baked into the structure itself, making it as functional as it is personal. ### Why Details Matter A house becomes a home when it reflects the people living in it. We believe that custom design is not about making things complicated, but about making them fit. - **Heritage Elements:** We love incorporating traditional crafts like handmade Athangudi tiles or Mangalore-tiled roofs. These aren't just decorative; they offer natural thermal properties and a timeless aesthetic that standard vitrified tiles simply cannot match. - **Functional Artistry:** Our jali work isn't just for looks. We use it to create natural partitions that allow for cross-ventilation in Bangalore’s climate while keeping your privacy intact. - **Precision Joinery:** Whether it's a TV unit, a pooja shelf, or a custom entrance door, we design the furniture to fit your space, not the other way around. This eliminates awkward gaps and maximizes your storage footprint. ### The Engineer-Architect Balance Because Thanusha handles the design and Anil manages the execution, we ensure that your "wild ideas" are structurally sound. You won't find us suggesting a feature that looks good on paper but fails in practice. We test the feasibility, consider the long-term maintenance, and discuss the budget impacts before we ever pick up a hammer. We don't believe in cookie-cutter homes. If you have an idea—like an open-to-sky courtyard or a specific color scheme for your exterior—we are here to figure out how to build it to last, backed by our 10-year warranty. ## About The Inside Story We’re Anil and Thanusha. We don't believe in cookie-cutter designs because no two families are alike. When we work on your home, we’re looking for those small details that make the space yours—whether that’s a specific pattern for a jali or finding the right heritage flooring. It's our job to turn those ideas into a reality that stands the test of time.
