Moments like this, where people trust my kitchen to be part of their celebrations, are exactly why I do what I do. When I first started, I was genuinely scared. People would ask, 'Is this really eggless? Is it actually without butter?' It felt like a gamble. But today, hearing from parents who use my cakes for school birthdays because they meet strict 'no-icing' rules, or from families across Mumbai who rely on me for their diabetic-friendly needs, I know I made the right choice. My 'big family' of customers is the reason I push myself. Whether it's crafting a custom star-shaped cake for a child's school party in Malabar Hill or prepping 100 boxes for a corporate order, the feedback remains the same: it feels like home. ### What Our Community Says * **Health-Conscious Choices:** Many of you reached out because you wanted desserts without the guilt of maida or refined sugar. Hearing that my sugar-free mousse and oat-based cakes are now staples in your homes is the highest praise I could ask for. * **Repeat Orders:** Nothing tells me more than a customer who comes back the very next day. It is the ultimate validation that clean, simple ingredients create a taste everyone craves. * **Special Occasions:** From Father’s Day rushes to surprise anniversary treats, thank you for trusting me with your most important dates. Knowing that my desserts are on your dining tables during festivals makes all the hours in the kitchen worth it. I am not just baking cakes; I am baking for your health, your celebrations, and your peace of mind. Every review shared here is a piece of my story, and I invite you to join this family. ## About The Dolce Baker Hi, I am Charu Shah.
