It makes me smile every time. Because the real answer isn't in what I say, but in how quickly that box disappears—often before the first cup of tea is finished. When I started baking from my home kitchen, I was genuinely worried. Could you really bake something delicious without butter, eggs, or maida? I had faith, but the real proof came when my customers started coming back again and again. ### Why my 'Big Family' keeps coming back My regulars aren't just buying a cake; they are sharing it with their families for Father's Day, birthdays, and even festive celebrations. Whether it is a diabetic-friendly treat for a parent or a sugar-free snack for the kids, I make sure every batch meets my 4 NOs rule: no refined sugar, no butter, no maida, and no eggs. ### More than just a dessert It is truly humbling to hear from people who have given up on desserts because of health concerns, only to find something they can enjoy guilt-free. From a client who ordered 2kg because he couldn't stop at one slice, to the joy of sending my treats to the Ambani house, these moments are what keep me going. I don't just bake; I create desserts that you can feel good about serving to your loved ones. ### Common Questions from my customers * **Is it really eggless?** Yes, 100%. I am Jain, and I do not use eggs in my kitchen at all. * **Does it taste healthy?** That is the secret. I use oats, almond flour, and jaggery to keep the texture dense and moist without using refined flour. You get the sweetness and the comfort without the heavy, oily feeling. * **Can I order for a party?** Absolutely. I handle bulk orders for weddings, school birthdays, and office events across Mumbai. Just reach out, and we can plan the menu together. ## About The Dolce Baker I'm Charu Shah, and I bake with one rule: if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, I don't serve it to you.
