Jignesh focuses heavily on waterproofing and drainage slopes before any flooring or vertical garden is installed. If these aren't handled correctly at the start, you will face seepage issues in your living area below. We prioritize getting the structural foundation right so your water features and lush greenery remain stress-free for years. Your balcony is an extension of your home, not just an afterthought. We approach these outdoor spaces with the same rigor we apply to interiors. Whether it is a compact city balcony or a wide rooftop terrace, the goal is to make it a functional space you actually use. ### The Technical Side Beyond the look, we solve the common headaches of outdoor living. We check load-bearing capacity for your planters and water features, ensuring everything is stable. We use weather-resistant finishes and durable materials that withstand direct sunlight and monsoons without constant upkeep. ### Designing for Atmosphere We bring in elements that change the mood instantly: * **Water Features:** Like the Buddha water wall featured here, we build these to provide sound masking from city traffic, turning your balcony into a quiet zone. * **Strategic Lighting:** We layer ambient and spot lighting to highlight textures at night, making the space feel like a lounge rather than just an outdoor area. * **Smart Flooring:** We use techniques like hexagonal marble inlays or easy-to-clean tiling that look sharp but stay practical. ### Our Process We start by understanding how you want to use the space—is it for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or hosting friends? We then plan the seating, greenery, and lighting accordingly. If you want a vertical garden or a specific water element, we incorporate the technical plumbing or irrigation needs early so you aren't left with exposed pipes or messy wiring later. ## About Designtouch Studio We are Kejal and Jignesh. We believe your balcony should be as comfortable as your living room. We work to blend the outside with your interiors, using materials that actually last in the local climate.
