You will spend 4-6 classes mastering a single routine, supported by a crew that is just as excited—and nervous—as you are. We keep the costumes simple, often using themes like 'all black' or 'denim and white', so you can focus entirely on your movement and the energy of the room. If our full 6-week LEAP program feels like a marathon, Mini LEAP is the perfect sprint. We created this for the humans of TDD who want to experience the stage without the pressure of a massive auditorium production. ### The Experience We host these showcases in an intimate 'Black Box' studio setting. It is just you, your fellow dancers, and the TDD community cheering you on from a few feet away. This setup removes the intimidation factor and makes the showcase feel personal. ### What to Expect * **Duration:** A focused 2-3 week batch with 4-6 sessions. * **Focus:** Routine mastery and stage confidence. We emphasize having fun, even if you make a mistake on stage. * **Costumes:** BYO (Bring Your Own) based on a simple theme. No heavy investment required. * **Media:** You get a professionally filmed, social-media-ready video of your performance. ### Why It Works Whether you have been dancing for years or this is your first time stepping into a studio, Mini LEAP is your space to mess up, laugh it off, and actually enjoy being under the lights. It is not just a dance routine; it is about building the confidence to say 'yes' to yourself.
