Whether we are filming a flash mob in a local park or prepping for a high-energy Navratri workshop, the focus is always on feeling comfortable in your own skin. Most of our sessions are structured to give you a full 60 to 90 minutes of movement, but the real magic usually happens in the 15 minutes after class, when the playlist keeps running and everyone just dances for the pure fun of it. At The Beat Room in Sanpada, we believe that dance should be the highlight of your day, not a chore you check off a to-do list. We built this space with one goal in mind: creating a community where people can show up as they are. Our studio, located in Sector 15, is designed with air conditioning and proper flooring so you can move freely without worrying about the space. Our community life extends far beyond the four walls of the studio. We are big on festivals, and our Garba and Janmashtami celebrations have become a local staple. If you have ever felt intimidated by a dance class, our 'family-first' approach will change your mind. We mix high-energy Bollywood commercial tracks with basic hip-hop techniques, making sure that absolute beginners and seasoned dancers alike have a place to land. We also know life gets busy, which is why we keep our schedule flexible. From weekend viral choreography drops that get you reel-ready in 90 minutes to 15-day intensive yoga batches for when you need a mental reset, we have something for every mood. Our instructors are there to guide you, but the students are who truly run this place. Whether you are a parent looking for a fun dance camp for your kids or an adult wanting to swap the gym for a Zumba session, you will find a spot here where your progress is celebrated by everyone in the room. ## About The Beat Room We are Trilochan and Anjali.
