My work starts with the noise of demolition, the smell of fresh plywood, and the trial of getting plumbing and civil work just right. When I take on a renovation, I am on-site to handle the hidden problems—like damp walls or electrical points that do not match your layout—so you do not have to stress about them during the process. Renovating a home in Delhi NCR is rarely just about picking colors. It starts with the civil reality: breaking down walls for open layouts, correcting floor levels, and fixing plumbing. In my projects, I do not sugarcoat this process. Whether it is a kitchen makeover or a complete 2BHK flat renovation, my goal is to guide you through the transition from a chaotic construction site to a functional living space. I focus on modular solutions like moisture-resistant plywood for kitchens and custom wardrobes because these are the workhorses of your home. You need them to last. During the renovation, we handle the heavy lifting—electrical conduit layouts, POP false ceiling structures, and wall treatments—before moving to the final finishes. My team and I focus on 'har ghar ki baat,' the idea that every home has a unique story and specific challenges. By managing the end-to-end process, I ensure that the final result is not just a pretty picture, but a space that holds up to your daily life. If you have been worried about the hidden costs or the mess involved in a home renovation, let’s talk about how we can plan your project effectively. ## About Rohan Interiors I am Rohan.
