If that’s you, I specialize in merging people from different photographs into one cohesive, seamless painting. It’s not just about painting faces; it's about creating a moment of togetherness that didn't exist in your camera roll, but feels completely real on canvas. ### More Than Just a Painting When you commission a portrait with me, you’re not just getting paint on a canvas. You’re getting a piece of my heart. I paint primarily with high-quality acrylics on stretched cotton canvas, ensuring the colors stay vibrant for years to come. Whether it’s a sibling portrait for Rakhi, a Mother’s Day gift, or a surprise for your BFF, I treat every piece with the same attention to detail. ### My Process: Bringing Your Vision to Life Everything starts with a conversation. We’ll pick the right size, from compact 6x8 inch canvases to larger 10x12 inch statement pieces. If you want specific details—like a favorite outfit, a meaningful quote, or a background inspired by the 'Lover' era or a dreamy landscape—I can absolutely include that. For composite portraits, I create a digital layout for you to approve before I ever touch a brush, so you know exactly how it’s going to look. ### The Final Touch I believe the unboxing should feel as special as the art itself. Every portrait comes carefully gift-wrapped, complete with a handwritten note, dried flowers, and a wax seal. If you want to include polaroids of your reference photos or a special sweet treat, just let me know. Because I limit my orders to ensure I can pour my energy into every layer, slots do fill up. If my books are currently closed, please join the waitlist—I promise it’s worth the wait. ## About Rattan Hi, I’m Rattan. I’m a self-taught artist based in Bangalore who believes that art shouldn't be perfect, just real. I pour my heart into every layer of these portraits, and there is nothing I love more than helping you surprise your favorite people.
