Whether your child is 2 or 16, we focus on safe, technical progression. Our toddlers receive extra support in foam pits with a 1:6 coach ratio, while older students tackle apparatus like the vault and bars using professional FIG-approved gear. It is about building strength, flexibility, and that 'हौसलों की उड़ान' (flight of courage) in every movement. We do not believe in shortcuts. Our summer programs are designed to transition kids from basic motor skills to disciplined athletic training. For the little ones (ages 2-5), we focus on coordination through games, trampolines, and obstacle circuits. It is all about building a foundation while they think they are just playing. For the 6 to 16 age group, the training moves to serious apparatus work. We train on bars, beams, and vaults, mirroring the same intensity our competitive teams face. Everything we do, from the foam pit jumps to the floor routines, is designed to ensure 'straight legs एकदम!' (perfectly straight) and correct form. Safety is our primary filter. We maintain low student-to-coach ratios so every gymnast gets spotting assistance when they need it most. By the end of our 5-week program, your child will be physically stronger, more coordinated, and more confident.
