We have invested in FIG-approved equipment, including deep foam pits, trampolines, and competition-standard beams. This is about real safety and proper technique. When you land a flip on our mats, you feel the difference that proper gear makes for your progress. ### Training with the Right Equipment When you start gymnastics, the environment changes everything. I built this academy to bridge the gap between amateur training and professional performance. Whether you are a toddler finding your balance or an adult learning your first cartwheel, you need gear that supports your body, not just a patch of floor. Our facility in Dwarka and Gurugram is designed to make learning safe and effective. We use FIG-approved apparatus, which is the international standard for competitive gymnastics. * **Foam Pits:** These allow you to practice new flips and landings without the fear of injury. It is where you build the courage to try harder moves. * **Trampolines:** Essential for understanding body control in the air and improving your bounce. * **Vault and Bars:** We have professional-grade equipment that mimics the environment of actual competition. ### Why the Environment Matters Training is 50 percent mental. If you are worried about slipping on a bad mat, you cannot focus on your form. When I shout, 'Legs एकदम straight!' (completely straight), I want you to focus only on your extension, not on the landing surface. Our mats are thick and secure, giving you the confidence to push yourself. We keep our floor space clean and well-maintained. This is not just a gym where you come to sweat. It is an academy where you learn the discipline of the sport. Every apparatus we have, from the balance beam to the rings, is there to help you build strength and flexibility. If you are serious about gymnastics, you need to be in a space that respects the sport as much as you do. ## About The Gymnastics Academy I am the heartbeat of TGA. I’ve been an international gymnast, and now I coach the Indian team. I designed this space so that kids and adults have a place to push their limits and learn the right way—no shortcuts, just solid hard work.
