This equipment is not just here for show. We select it because the bounce of our tumble tracks, the grip of our uneven bars, and the stability of our beams must perfectly match what your child will face at the state or national level. We keep this environment maintained for one reason: to ensure your technique is built on accurate, standardized equipment that makes every 'ekdam' (completely) straight leg count. ### A Facility Built for Mastery Our centers in Sector 24, Dwarka and Sector 87, Gurugram were designed with a clear philosophy. We operate high-ceiling warehouse facilities, prioritizing space and ventilation over fancy air conditioning. Gymnastics is sweaty, demanding work. Our setup includes industrial cooling and a layout that allows for dedicated stations for vault, uneven bars, pommel horse, and rings, alongside our tumble tracks and foam pits. ### Why Equipment Matters In gymnastics, the equipment is your partner. If you train on a beam that feels different from the competition beam, your muscle memory fails when it matters most. By investing in FIG-approved gear, we remove the variable of 'bad equipment'. Whether you are working on a simple cartwheel or an advanced back tuck, our foam pits allow for safe repetition, so you can push your limits without the fear of harsh impacts. ### Your Training Space - **Safety First:** We utilize high-density landing mats and foam pits, enabling coaches to spot athletes actively during high-risk maneuvers. - **Optimized Layout:** We have organized the floor to minimize downtime, allowing for maximum repetition during your 90-minute or 4-hour sessions. - **Professional Standards:** From the tension of the parallel bars to the spring in our floor, everything is calibrated to help our competitive squad hit their difficulty targets. We invite you to visit our academy. Seeing the setup in person is the best way to understand how we turn consistent, hard training into championship-winning results. ## About The Gymnastics Academy I am Praveen Sharma.
