Typically ₹25-45K per event (estimate)

#### **Entrance & Signage**
* **Welcome Board:** A personalized A2 size welcome sign placed on a wooden or metal easel stand at the entrance. Includes basic floral or balloon accents.

Typically ₹1.4-1.8L per event (estimate)

#### **Conceptual Set Fabrication**
* **3D Structure Build:** Physical construction of set elements (e.g., A village hut facade with real thatched hay roof and bamboo pillars) rather than flat backdrops. Approx width 20ft+.
* **Artistic Detailing:** Hand painted elements or texture painting to mimic real surfaces like mud walls or bricks. Matte finish with no glossy flex.
* **Authentic Prop Sourcing:** Curated vintage or real life props replacing generic party store items. Includes items like real antique bicycles, brass vessels, woven cane baskets, or wooden benches.

#### **Immersive Zones**
* **Interactive Booths:** 2 distinct photobooth setups customized to the theme (e.g., A Bangle Shop stall with real glass bangles or a Petty Shop with hanging snacks).
* **Seating Integration:** Thematic seating options integrated into the decor (e.g., Charpais, swings, or vintage sofa sets).

#### **Florals & Lighting**
* **Fresh Florals:** Heavy usage of fresh flowers (Marigold strings, Jasmine, Tuberose, Banana leaves) layered for a dense look. Minimal to no usage of balloons.
* **Ambience Lighting:** Serial lighting (fairy lights), vintage lanterns, and warm white washers for a moody atmosphere.

#### **Management**
* **Full Service:** Dedicated design consultation, sketching of the set prior to execution, and a large production crew (6 to 8 pax) for setup.

## About Themed Birthday Celebrations

A birthday, for us, is like telling someone's story through every little detail. We love turning your ideas into something you can actually see, touch, and remember - whether it’s a tiny gathering or a big bash.

### Every Age Gets Its Own Magic

Kids, teens, adults, grandparents - every milestone deserves a vibe that fits. We’ve done everything from over-the-top storybook-inspired birthday setups for a 5-year-old, with balloon arches and princess castles, to super nostalgic, full-on traditional themes for someone turning 80, complete with a homemade village hut and even a retro cycle to bring back those “good old days” feels.

### Details That Actually Matter

- Grand entrances (think: custom signs, fancy backdrops)
- Props and decor that match the theme (like a Cinderella carriage or “bangle shop” photobooth)
- Personal touches: photo boards, candy carts, even butterfly cutouts for the kids
- Real, rustic details for traditional themes: earthen pots, grinding stones, proper Warli art

### How We Work

You tell us your theme or just a color, and we’ll build a whole world around it. We really listen, then go all-in on every detail. It goes beyond just immersive birthday party decor - it’s about making memories that look and feel like you.

No cookie-cutter stuff. Just your story, told one detail at a time.

### My story

We’re The Curators, always chasing that perfect mix of tradition and new vibes. Flowers, laughter, and family—these are our jam. Seen a sangeet where everyone’s just themselves? That’s the magic we love. Once had a groom who split the bills and made sure both moms were in every ritual. That’s the kind of story that sticks. We’re here to blend old customs and fresh respect, making your celebration feel like home.

### My work

- **Event Planning & Management**: We handle everything—weddings, sangeet, receptions, intimate home functions, and birthdays.
- **Signature Style**: Simplicity meets chic. Think marigold floral arrangements, banana leaves, temple-style wedding decor with a modern twist.
- **Personalized Setups**: You dream it, we make it real. Even if it’s a Pinterest theme or just a mood you want.
- **Bangalore & Chennai Experts**: We create magic for big venues or cozy home events in Bangalore and Chennai.
- **Atmosphere Creators**: Not just decor—it's about the vibe. We set the scene for candid moments and impromptu dance moves.
