You can drop by to see our hygienic kitchen space, discuss your specific theme with us, and taste samples before we start baking your dream order. My journey began in my kitchen back in Hyderabad, juggling chemistry lessons by day and baking for my kids by night. What started as a simple hobby to spark smiles became The Bakistry. Moving to Noida and now opening our retail studio in Model Town, Delhi, has been a beautiful, challenging whirlwind. When you visit our studio, it is not just a standard bakery visit. It is an invitation to see the how behind the wow. You can see the clean, hygienic spaces where we work, sit down for a consultation, and truly understand the fusion of science and flavor in every bake. Whether you are curious about our signature eggless cakes, our fusion desserts like Motichoor Cheesecake, or just want to see how we handle custom orders, this is the place to connect. We believe in total transparency because we want you to trust that what goes into your dessert is just as good as how it looks. We are deeply passionate about quality, and using premium, eggless ingredients is non-negotiable here. ### Why Visit Our Studio? * **Co-design your cake:** Bring your reference photos or share your vision, and we will sketch out how to bring it to life. * **Quality check:** See the pristine environment where your celebration cakes are crafted. * **Taste & Consult:** Sample our bakes and talk through flavor profiles that fit your event. Whether you are planning a birthday, a festive *shagun* gift, or a *mithai ka dabba* styled treat, come by to share your vision. Let’s talk cakes and turn your ideas into delicious reality. ## About The Bakistry Hi, I’m Vidhu.
