So I decided, why not take pottery out of the studio and into unexpected places? Our traveling workshops aren’t just about clay - they’re more like a breather from city life, a way to switch off and tune in with something tactile. ### Where We Set Up Shop Chennai is like our second home, and we keep coming back - Adyar, Besant Nagar, Annanagar, you name it. We’ve had some pretty special moments there. And soon, we’re hitting the road to Kochi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, with our pottery roadshow. Pop-up art camps in new cities are always on the cards. ### How You Can Join In We mix it up with different workshop styles: - Multi-day camps (usually 5 days) for serious clay heads - from hand-building to glazing, we cover it all. - Themed one-day sessions, like our Clay Kalai ceramic lamp workshops. - Recurring city pop-ups. Weekly or monthly, these mobile clay workshops are perfect if you want a creative habit. ### What to Expect No need to be a pro. Just show up curious. I bring everything - clay, tools, snacks, good vibes. You get expert help and your piece shipped home after it’s fired. The vibe’s cozy, maybe a little messy, always friendly. Messy hands, full hearts, that’s us. ## Highlights Browse through The Janbo's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/the-janbo/traveling-pop-up-workshops/featured) - [Video: Come get your hands dirty and your heart full. Clay, soul, home. Feb 2020, I just dropped everything - job, modelling, socials, even WhatsApp. Me, my room, Pinto (my dog), and silence. No clue what next, just floating. One slow-living vlog with clay hands, and bam, something shifted. Clay walked in, travel sprinkled its magic, people and stories mixed in. That’s how Janbo happened. This studio is my heart, where it all finally made sense. ### My work - **Pottery & Creative Workshops**: We run pottery workshops for beginners and pros, plus ceramic painting, sculpture, and silver jewellery sessions. - **Pop-up Workshops**: Our studio’s in Bengaluru, but we often do pop-up pottery workshops in Chennai and other cities. - **A Slow Living Vibe**: It’s not just a class, it’s a mindful clay art escape. Come solo, bring friends, no experience needed. - **Artist Community**: We host artists from all over, sharing new crafts and stories. Everyone’s welcome to learn and chill. ## More services from The Janbo - [Professional Pottery Program](https://mytribe.in/the-janbo/professional-pottery-program) · ₹35-70K per 3-month program per person (estimate) - [Artisanal Ceramic Wares](https://mytribe.in/the-janbo/artisanal-ceramic-wares) · ₹300-1,800 per piece (estimate) - [Art & Craft Workshops](https://mytribe.in/the-janbo/art-craft-workshops) · ₹1,200-3,500 per person per session (estimate) ## Experts similar to The Janbo on mytribe - [Customised Gifting & Hampers by Cherry Blossoms](https://mytribe.in/cherryblossomsstore__/customised-gifting-hampers) · ₹800-5,000 per hamper (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Handmade Soaps & Candles by Mahin's Balloon Wiz](https://mytribe.in/mahins_balloon_wiz/handmade-soaps-candles) · ₹150-300 per soap bar (estimate) · Pallikonda - [Art & Craft Workshops by FacePainting](https://mytribe.in/brushstrokesindia1992/art-craft-workshops) · ₹350-900 per participant (estimate) · Jodhpur - [Modular Kitchens & Custom Cabinetry by Hometrenz Interior Studio](https://mytribe.in/hometrenz/modular-kitchens-custom-cabinetry) · ₹1,200-3,800 per sq ft (estimate) · Hometrenz - Best Interior Designers In Hyderabad - [Therapeutic Art Workshops by Sneh](https://mytribe.in/snehasherart/therapeutic-art-workshops) · ₹1,200-3,500 per person per session (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Indoor Plant Styling by Rosemary Habitat](https://mytribe.in/ rosemary_habitat/indoor-plant-styling) · ₹2-25K per project (estimate) · Chennai - [Creative Workshops for All Ages by Wondershop](https://mytribe.in/wondershop.experiences/creative-workshops-for-all-ages) · ₹350-1,200 per participant per session (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Resin Art Workshops by Poonam Shah Art Studio](https://mytribe.in/poonam.shah_art/resin-art-workshops) · ₹3-15K per participant per workshop (estimate) · Poonam Shah Art - [Art Workshops & Classes by Arzoo Bajaj](https://mytribe.in/arzoobajaj/art-workshops-classes) · ₹1,200-3,000 per person per session (estimate) · Jaipur - [Terrace & Balcony Garden Setup by Mano Landscape & Gardening](https://mytribe.in/mano.landscape/terrace-balcony-garden-setup) · ₹8-80K per setup (estimate) · MANO ORGANIC LANDSCAPE AND GARDENING SERVICES PVT LTD - [Art & Craft Workshops by Paint N Pout](https://mytribe.in/paintnpout/art-craft-workshops) · ₹450-1,500 per person per workshop (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area ## Book To book The Janbo, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Traveling%20%26%20Pop-Up%20Workshops%20by%20The%20Janbo.)
