Expect a day of messy hands, freshly brewed filter coffee, and the quiet joy of creating something lasting in our Sadashivnagar estate. Our studio, nestled near Sankey Tank, is more than just a place of work; it is a space for slow living and connection. We host a variety of events throughout the year, designed to help you step away from the city noise and engage with the ancient art of textile making. ### What You Can Expect Our workshops are immersive. Whether you join us for a day of block printing, a deep dive into woodblock carving, or a seasonal sustainable dyeing session, the experience is hands-on. You will be guided by master artisans—many of whom have been with us for generations—who share not just their skills, but the history of the motifs you are printing with. ### Types of Experiences - **Block Printing Workshops:** Learn the registration and printing process, and take home a canvas tote or scarf printed by your own hands. - **Woodblock Carving Masterclasses:** A rare opportunity to learn how to carve your own teak wood block using traditional hand-forged chisels. - **Sustainable Dyeing Sessions:** Forage for botanicals and learn the chemistry of natural, organic dyes. - **Community Events:** We regularly collaborate with local musicians, embroidery artists, and chefs for curated, multi-sensory workshop days.
